Class A CDL OTR Owner Operators

Rates & Details

  • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Solo Owner Operators
  • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Team Owner Operators
  • Top Driver Average $250,000 - $300,000+ Per Year

Bonus Program

  • Annual Base Plate will be paid for by the company after the contractor achieves 80,000 loaded, accident/claim free miles.
  • Truck will receive 1% of truck revenue paid out in monthly increments over a 1 year period after a contractor achieves 90,000 loaded, accident/claim free miles.
  • Occupational/Insurance will be reimbursed after the contractor achieves 96,000 loaded, accident/claim free miles. This equates to an average benefit of $1,800 per year.
  • Initial base plate and permits are furnished upon sign on

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have at least 12 months of tractor trailer experience with 6 months of OTR/Regional experience in the last 3 years
  • No more than a combination of 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
  • No DUIs or DWIs in the last five years
